Assembly is simple and event-friendly. Position each metal frame, secure the floral sections using the included zip ties, and gently shape the florals after setup to achieve the desired fullness.

The two-piece design allows flexible placement for ceremony backdrops, altars, venue entrances, photo areas and stage styling. Final height and overall silhouette may vary slightly depending on floral styling and how fully the blooms and greenery are fluffed.

To help preserve the appearance of your flower arch between uses, gently fluff and reshape the flowers and greenery after unpacking, transport or storage. Light dust may be removed with a soft duster or cool, low-pressure air.

Store the floral sections in a clean, dry space away from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight and high heat. Avoid tightly compressing the florals or placing heavy items on top of the foam-backed sections.

Store the metal frames separately in a dry location and inspect connection points before each installation. Proper handling and storage will help maintain the color, fullness and shape of the silk florals over repeated event use.

Because floral components are arranged by hand, slight variations in bloom placement, greenery distribution or overall shape may occur.

Each flower arch is made to order and carefully inspected before shipment. Because these products are created specifically for your order, standard returns are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the product specifications, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
