Assembly is simple. Position each metal frame, attach the floral sections securely using the included zip ties, then gently shape and fluff the flowers and greenery after unpacking to restore fullness.
Finished height and fullness may vary slightly depending on floral shaping and styling.
To maintain the appearance of your flower arch between events, gently reshape and fluff the flowers and greenery after transport or storage. Light dust can be removed with a soft duster or cool, low-pressure air.
Store the floral pieces in a clean, dry space away from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight and excessive heat. Avoid compressing the flowers or stacking heavy items on top of the foam-backed sections.
Store the metal frames separately in a dry location and inspect hardware before setup. Proper handling and storage will help preserve the shape, color and fullness of the silk florals for repeated use.
Because each floral piece is arranged by hand, slight variations in bloom placement, greenery distribution and shape may occur.

Each flower arch is made to order and inspected before shipment. Because these products are custom-produced for your order, standard returns are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the product specifications, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
