The two arch pieces can be positioned in different ways depending on the event layout. Place them closer together for a fuller ceremony backdrop or farther apart to frame an altar, aisle or entrance.

After unpacking, gently shape and fluff the flowers and stems to restore fullness after shipping or storage. Final height and fullness may vary slightly depending on floral styling and placement.

To maintain the appearance of your flower arch between events, gently reshape and fluff the flowers after transport or storage. Light dust can be removed with a soft duster or cool, low-pressure air.

Store the floral pieces in a clean, dry space away from direct sunlight, excessive moisture and prolonged heat. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of the floral sections, as compression can affect the shape and fullness of the design.

Store the frame separately in a dry location and inspect hardware before setup. Proper care and storage will help preserve the color, structure and fullness of the silk florals for repeated professional use.

Because each floral piece is arranged by hand, slight variations in bloom placement, color balance and overall shaping may occur.

Each flower arch is made to order and inspected before shipment. Because these products are custom-produced for your order, standard returns are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the product specifications, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
